125 Maiden Lane, 2nd floor
New York City

Find out how the Institute for Curatorial Practices in Performance (ICPP), on the brink of its inaugural session, plans to address the needs and desires of constantly evolving communities of artists. Join Sam Miller (Co-Founder and Program Director, ICPP), Judy Hussie-Taylor (Advisor to ICPP and Executive Director of Danspace Project), and Lydia Bell (Program Assistant, ICPP) and others for this informal discussion.

“As we work to understand how performance can function within multiple landscapes, we must look to new models for understanding contemporary performance practice” -excerpt from the ICPP mission.

The Studies Project series is an artist-curated series of panel discussions, performances and/or other formats that focus on provocative and timely issues of aesthetics and philosophy in the intersection of dance and social politics, confronting and instigated by the dance and performance community.

All Studies Project events are free and open to the public.
