CALL IT DANCE, PERFORMANCE, ART, CHOREOGRAPHY, MOVEMENT, PHYSICAL EXPLORATION. THESE FORMS ARE VEHICLES TO BRING OUR BODIES CLOSER. TO INFUSE THEORY WITH PRACTICE. TO EXTRICATE THE POWER OF RIGOROUS DISCIPLINES AND VIGOROUS IDEAS. TO PASS ON AND CYCLE THROUGH VITAL INFORMATION.
